So Under What Circumstances Will We Take Action To Blacklist A Shopper? 
We Will Blacklist A Shopper If She Or He Commits At Least One Of The Following Acts:

- After we request for payment, the shopper goes MIA (missing in action) and does not reply to our mails or make appropriate payment.If you are concerned about postage or anything in particular, please ask before making an order. Only submit your order if you know you can or are willing to pay for the total order cost inclusive of postage. If you wish to cancel your order because of unforeseen postage, you must let us know. Do not just keep quiet.

- After we request for payment, the shopper says he/she wants to cancel the order without giving any substantial reasons (We will not tolerate more than twice). If you wish to cancel your order, you must be reasonable. State and explain your reason or situation (as long as it makes sense) and we will understand. Don't just say, "I'm sorry. Please cancel my order." or "Oh, forget about it. I will place order again next time." We will assume you are just playing a prank on us after all the correspondences we had.

- After we request for payment, the shopper fails to make payment within the allocated timeframe. If you need more time to make payment, please do tell us so.

- After we request for payment, the shopper says he/she has no money to make payment. Do not submit your order if you don't have the funds. Period!

So what are counted as reasonable?

Whatever reasons you provide, we will look into it to decide whether they can be accepted.

Say, for example, if you can't make payment within the timeframe or wish to extend the time, you must inform us before the deadline. We will understand if you say you are waiting to get paid one or two weeks later before you can make payment. (Again, if you failed to do so, you will be blacklisted as we have already extended your payment time.)

But if you failed to make payment within the timeframe by giving reasons such as, "I'm too busy!", "I forgot!" (We will always remind you to make payment at least one day before the deadline), or cancel your order saying, "I don't want them anymore" without a substantial reason for more than twice, and etc, you will be blacklisted! [If you do make payment in the end, you will be removed from our blacklist.]
