1) Placing Order
For pre-order batches, please ONLY JOIN if you are WILLING and PATIENT to WAIT.
Shipment will usually arrive in TWO WEEKS BUT there are possibilities of delay due to several reasons such as Custom Clearance, Out of Stocks, Restocks, Public Holidays, Suppliers out of town/too busy, and more.
Certain timeframe of waiting is inevitable for pre-order goods so please only join if you can accept this.
Remember, once payment has been made, you cannot cancel your order unless items are out of stock.
Please understand we are NOT the ones delaying the whole ordering process. After we have put through your order, it is up to our SUPPLIERS' EFFICIENCY in processing and preparing the shipment.
Customers can be rest assured that we are very efficient in posting your goods. We usually sort out items and post your goods on the same day shipment has arrived.
We will update the progress pre-order status at this page so please check them up if you have any concerns.
Our monthly pre-order processing dates are on the 1st and 16th.
For ready/in stock goods, please be rest assured that we will post your order as soon as full payment has been received.
2) Payment Process
READY / IN-STOCK
Customers must made payment within 3 DAYS after payment request has been sent to you. If you didn't make payment after 3 days, we will send you a friendly reminder.
If we do not get any replies or you choose to ignore our mails, you will be blacklisted.
If for whatever reasons, you cannot make payment within the timeframe, you must inform us before the closing date with a substantial reason and when you can arrange payment with us.
If you tell us you want to cancel your order, you must also provide us a substantial reason. If no reasons were given, we will give you a second chance but never the third. We will not tolerate more than twice. Failure to do so will have you blacklisted.
We will understand your situation if you give us an acceptable explanation but do not just keep quiet or go missing in action. If so, you will be blacklisted and risk your name being published on our blacklist.
Lastly, of course, we will no longer accept any future orders from you.
RESERVATION
All reservations are valid for a maximum of ONE WEEK only.
Meaning to say, we will send you a payment request (after one week from the date you've asked us to reserve goods for you) and we are expecting payment to be made within 3 days. If you didn't make payment after 3 days, we will send you a friendly reminder.
If we do not get any replies or you choose to ignore our mails, you will not be blacklisted but we will not make any reservations for you again in the future.
The same goes for cancelling your reservation. If you want to cancel your reservation, you must let us know in advance before one week is up.
PRE-ORDER
Customers can choose to make payment within 3 DAYS or at least 2 DAYS before the current pre-order closing date after payment request has been sent to you. If you haven't done so, we will send you a friendly reminder.
If we do not get any replies or you choose to ignore our mails, you will be blacklisted.

3) Cancellation Of Orders
We DO NOT accept cancellation of order after payment has been made unless goods you have ordered run out of stock. Alternatively, you can make replacement for them.
We urge customers to keep in close contact with us, i.e. to check your emails regularly, whenever you've placed an order with us.
If you do not get back to us in time, we will just drop that particular out of stock item without waiting for your confirmation and replacement.
We can't wait too long for your reply and we certainly want to avoid all customers' orders of the same batch being delayed. Thanks for your cooperation.
Items running out of stocks are inevitable as many of the products are in huge demand. We do not like it when that happens but we have no control over it as we are not the manufacturer. Thanks for your understanding.
4) Out Of Stock / Sold Out
If goods are out of stock, we will keep hold of the excess credits and automatically charge the remaining credit balance to your future order.
If you prefer a refund, you must notify us and provide us your banking details or PayPal account (depending on your nature of payment).
5) Goods Refund & Exchange
Customers should not expect a refund or exchange if you:
- figure out items do not fit perfectly
- simply change your mind
- decide you do not like the goods
- have no use for the goods
- damaged the goods by unreasonable or unintended use
Before posting your goods, we perform quality check and take extra care to package your parcel to ensure everything leaves our hand in perfect condition.
If the goods were already damaged when we received them, we certainly won't post them to you - that's our guarantee!
All our shoes and apparels come with their own individual size chart. Customers are advised to check the measurement chart carefully before placing order.
6) Lost & Stolen Parcels
Please provide us the correct address when you submit your order. If you have moved house, you must inform us before we post your parcel.
If you are concerned with loss or theft of your parcel, please choose Registered Post for your shipping method.
7) Try-Ons
It is impossible to try on our clothes, shoes, or any goods upon purchasing as we are an online-based business with no brick and mortar store in any Perth location.
8) International / Overseas Customers
Although we do not encourage overseas buyers because of the possible high exchange rates and costly shipping fee. We DO ACCEPT international orders.
Our advice is to please check the exchange rate and consider the high shipping fee before placing order with us.
All international orders must made payment via PayPal only.
The currencies we accept are Australian Dollar and US Dollar only.
9) Privacy
We are committed to respecting and protecting our customer's right to privacy. Personal data received from our customer is used primarily to deliver order and goods. They will be kept strictly confidential and we will not disclose, share, transfer, exchange, sell, or rent any Customer Information to any third parties.
